Privacy & Website Disclaimer

Attorney Advertising This website is attorney advertising. The Blue Ribbon Law Group, PLLC is responsible for its content. Karis Joi Johnson is licensed to practice law in Texas, and the firm’s principal office is located in San Antonio, Texas.

General Information Only

The information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for legal advice concerning your particular circumstances. Legal rules, procedures, deadlines, and available options may change and may apply differently depending on the facts, documents, timing, location, and people involved. No website content can determine the appropriate course of action for a particular matter. Do not act or refrain from acting based solely on information contained on this website.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Viewing this website, downloading a resource, submitting information, scheduling or paying for a consultation, sending an email, attending a consultation, or otherwise communicating with Blue Ribbon Law Group does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship begins only after the firm completes any required conflict review, expressly agrees to the representation, and any required written agreement is completed. Blue Ribbon Law Group may decline a matter for any lawful or professionally appropriate reason. Receiving an automated response, payment receipt, calendar invitation, meeting link, intake form, or other communication does not mean that the firm has accepted representation.

Consultations and Scope of Services

A consultation includes only the services stated in the consultation description or otherwise confirmed in writing. Scheduling, paying for, or attending a consultation does not guarantee further representation or include work outside the stated consultation scope. If additional services may be appropriate, Blue Ribbon Law Group will explain the proposed service, scope, fee, payment terms, and next step. Additional work requires separate confirmation and may require a separate written agreement. Information provided during a consultation is based on the facts and materials available within the agreed scope. A consultation that does not include advance document review should not be understood as including analysis of documents that were not reviewed.

Confidentiality and Unsolicited Information

Do not send confidential, privileged, highly sensitive, or time-critical information through this website, ordinary email, a booking form, or another electronic channel unless Blue Ribbon Law Group has instructed you to do so. Information submitted before an attorney-client relationship is established may not be treated as confidential or privileged to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sending information does not prevent the firm from representing another person in the same or a related matter unless applicable law or professional obligations provide otherwise. Do not submit Social Security numbers, complete financial-account numbers, unredacted identification documents, medical records, educational records, tax records, court filings, or other sensitive materials unless the firm has requested the information and identified the appropriate submission method.

No Guarantee of Results

Descriptions of services, client experiences, testimonials, reviews, prior matters, or possible legal options do not guarantee or predict a particular outcome. Every legal matter is different. Outcomes depend on the specific facts, evidence, documents, law, procedure, timing, decision-makers, opposing parties, and other circumstances. Testimonials reflect the experiences or opinions of the individuals providing them. They do not necessarily represent the experience of every client and do not promise similar results.

Geographic and Practice Limitations

Accessing this website from another jurisdiction does not establish that Blue Ribbon Law Group is authorized or available to provide legal services in that jurisdiction. The firm does not accept a matter merely because a subject or service is described on this website.
